It’s the season of the tiki cocktail. Wait, that’s every season for me. If you love tropical libations, too, you may enjoy this tiki cocktail class series at Fishtown’s Hook & Master which kicks off on Thursday, June 30th.

Three classes will be held on 6/30 at 4:00pm, 6:00pm, and 8:00pm with only 10 tickets available per class, making it an intimate gathering so you will get plenty of one-on-one with the instructor.
During the class, you will learn the techniques that go into making blissfully delicious tiki cocktails and, at the same time, indulge in delicious food pairings.
You’ll learn the art of the following tiki drinks during this class:
Suffering Bastard
Revivalist tropical gin, demerara, lime, Laird’s Applejack ginger beer
Planters Punch
Appleton Estate Jamaican rum, demerara, St Elizabeth allspice dram, lime
Delusions of Grandeur
Kinsey 4-year bourbon, pineapple, coconut, lime, maple syrup

The food menu includes:
Scallop Crudo
Marinated shaved fennel, grapefruit supreme, fennel frond, Calabrian chili/black garlic oil, scallion ribbon
Hawaiian Roast Pig Pie Grandma Pizza Slice
Roast pork, pineapple jam, shaved pickled red onion, cilantro gremolata, Hook & Master tomato sauce, flowers
Maple Bourbon Baba
Eagle rare bourbon, maple syrup
Tickets are $100 per person. Each ticket includes tiki instruction, 3 tiki cocktails, and a 3-course menu pairing. Purchase tickets here.
This will be a monthly event and classes can also be booked privately for parties, double dates, etc.

Tag me if you take this class. Cheers!
