Something sweet is arriving in the heart of Manayunk this weekend as Tiffany’s Bakery prepares to officially open its newest location along Main Street with a grand opening celebration featuring hundreds of free cupcakes.
The longtime Philadelphia bakery announced that its new Manayunk storefront at 4254 Main Street will open to the public on Saturday, May 23, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bakery will give away 500 free cupcakes on a first-come, first-served basis.
Known throughout the region for its cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and dessert trays, Tiffany’s Bakery has been serving the Philadelphia area since 1977. The family-owned business says the new location represents an exciting expansion into one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhood business districts.
Guests attending the grand opening will have the opportunity to tour the new bakery space, meet the team behind the business, and sample some of the bakery’s signature sweet treats.
The opening is expected to draw crowds to Manayunk’s busy Main Street corridor as local residents and visitors alike welcome another longtime Philadelphia favorite to the neighborhood.
The celebration begins Saturday at 2 p.m., with cupcakes available while supplies last.
