Update: I have been informed the location is actually on the Fitler Square neighborhood side of South Street, across from Graduate Hospital. So, I have made that correction.
When the original Sabrina’s Café Italian Market location at 910 Christian Street closed last year after twenty years, many people were crushed to hear the news. They promised to re-open in a new location as soon as one was found. When the Honey’s Sit & Eat location at 2101 South Street in the Fitler Square neighborhood became available, it made sense to move in there.
After many months of renovations, the new Sabrina’s Café location will open to the public, after a soft opening, on Thursday, May 26th. It is a much larger, better equipped, and more modern space than their previous flagship location. The Italian Market location was notoriously busy, often with long waits. They will be able to serve more guests, hopefully with shorter wait times, in this new location.
Best wishes to Sabrina’s Café on South Street in the Fitler Square/Graduate Hospital area. If you go, tag me on your posts!
