The Wayward, an American Brasserie located within the Canopy by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia in Center City’s East Market neighborhood within Midtown Village is now serving lunch.
Guests can enjoy lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 am until 2 pm. The Wayward recently announced a new culinary team, Executive Chef Carlos Cartagena and Sous Chef, Barbara Voltaire.

Soup and Salad
Baby Kale – Grilled peach, blue cheese, pickled currant, puffed quinoa, sherry vinaigrette Add Chilled Shrimp Add Grilled Chicken
Duck Confit – Confit duck Leg, frisee, kumquat puree, tangerine vinaigrette
Market Soup – Chef’s daily fresh-made soup
Snacks
Gulf Shrimp -pickled fresno chili, cocktail sauce, fine herbes oil
Corn Beinets – Pimento labneh creme, onion seasoning
Plates
Moules Frites – PEI mussels, chorizo, fennel, wayward IPA, compound butter, pommes frites
Girard Dip – Served with side salad. Braised brisket, baguette, caramelized onion, fondue, au jus, horseradish aioli
The Wayward Burger – Served with side salad. Pennsylvania-raised angus beef, pain au lait, thousand island, gruyere, bacon tomato jam
