Bottleneck Management‘s virtual kitchen concept Rebel’s Hot Chicken expands with seven new locations, including a new King of Prussia location operating out of City Works Eatery & Pour House, which opens on Wednesday, April 27.

Embracing the opportunity for restaurants to offer new menu concepts for pick up or delivery only, Bottleneck launched its virtual kitchen concept alongside the hot food trend with its Rebel’s Hot Chicken, which puts a twist on Nashville-style dishes with menu items including the signature Inferno Fried Chicken sandwich.
Rebel’s Hot Chicken presents a bold and playful take on fiery Nashville-style chicken, which is a sought-after flavor for foodies and spice-lovers alike.
Among the craveable dishes created to celebrate this hot and spicy trend are:
Rebel’s Inferno Fried Chicken – buttermilk-breaded crispy chicken topped with a spicy combo of Nashville hot sauce, scorpion slaw, and pickled jalapeno on a brioche bun.

Spicy Mac N’ Cheese – Crispy popcorn chicken, Nashville hot sauce, bacon lardons, IPA cheese sauce, cavatappi pasta.

Rebel’s Hot Chicken Chopped Salad – Crispy popcorn chicken, Nashville hot sauce, romaine, iceberg, red leaf, tomatoes, cucumbers, black beans, roasted corn, jicama, crispy buttermilk onion strings, ranch dressing.
