HipCityVeg is celebrating 10 years since opening its first store in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia next week. Since then it has opened 10 more stores in Philadelphia and the surrounding area, and in Washington, DC, and New York City, with more on the way this year, including in DC’s Navy Yard.
It’s hard running a successful business, let alone one with multiple locations. So, naturally, they are making a big deal out it.
Giveaway: As part of the 10th birthday celebrations HipCityVeg is giving away free meals for a year to one grand prize winner, and $100 gift cards to 10 other winners. Everyone who enters the giveaway will get a coupon for $5 off their next order of $20 or more. The giveaway is open now and closes April 30th.
Birthday Donations: Between HipCityVeg’s 10th birthday on April 16th, and Earth Day on April 22nd, HipCityVeg will donate $1 for each Birthday Cake Shake sold to Farm Sanctuary to raise awareness about the damage caused by animal agriculture.
