Cousins Maine Lobster Launches in Philly & South Jersey

Cousins Maine Lobster Host Grand Openings in Philadelphia & South Jersey This Weekend

Cousins Maine Lobster is known for their famous lobster-based food trucks, restaurants, and food hall locations from Shark Tank when investor Barbara Corcoran took a chance on the cousins and co-founders, Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac.

They are now one of the most successful Shark Tank ventures to date with a fleet of trucks and several brick and mortar restaurants in both the U.S. and Taiwan with over $50 million in sales to back it up.

Truck menus feature: lobster rolls, lobster bisque, clam chowder, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tacos, shrimp tacos, lobster quesadilla, tater tots, and more!

CML decided to expand in this area due to its strong food scene and diverse community. The local food trucks are owned and operated by franchisees Cindy Medrano & Peter Sztankovits, an engaged couple from Somerset, NJ. The trucks will move around the area doing private catering events, as well as day to day vending in various locations. Customers can find out their daily/weekly schedules by following them on their local Facebook page as they plan on updating dates and locations frequently.

CML launches at the following locations this weekend in Philadelphia & South Jersey:

Saturday, August 24th from 12pm – 11pm
Love City Brewing Company*
1023 Hamilton Street
Philadelphia, PA 19123

Sunday, August 25th from 1pm-5pm

*Sabin Lomac will be on-site greeting crowds and serving up lobster rolls this Saturday at the Philadelphia truck’s inaugural location.
