The Flying Pie Guy Introduces New Roast Pork Italian Meat Pie to Benefit Tony Luke Jr.’s ‘Brown and White’ Initiative

The Flying Pie Guy has created a new special Australian-style meat pie inspired by Tony Luke Jr.’s famous Roast Pork Italian sandwich. A portion of each sale of the new “Roast Pork Italian” meat pie will go towards Tony’s ‘Brown and White’ initiative that aims to remove the social stigma around heroin addiction.

The new “Roast Pork Italian” handheld meat pie will make its debut at the Uncork Spring Wine Festival at Mercer County Park located in West Windsor, NJ on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29, 2018. The Flying Pie Guy will be selling the pie at the event on both days. Tony Luke Jr. will make an appearance at the event on Sunday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. to present the pie to the public.

“I am happy to introduce this special meat pie that will benefit Tony Luke Jr.’s ‘Brown and White’ initiative,” exclaimed Mike. “I’ve got big things planned in 2018 for The Flying Pie Guy. I’ve brought on food truck expert John Cohl to help me expand my menu and food truck operations.”

“The Flying Pie Guy is the next food truck rock star!” said Tony. “I am thrilled that Mike created this one-of-a-kind meat pie to benefit #BrownAndWhite.”

The “Roast Pork Italian” meat pie will sell for $9.00 and be available on the food truck through the end of 2018. A portion of each sale will go towards the ‘Brown and White’ initiative.

Tickets for the Uncork Spring Wine Festival are $15/day and are available to purchase here. Price includes wine sampling and commemorative wine glass. Food trucks are pay as you go. The event is rain or shine. Mercer County Park is located at 1638 Old Trenton Rd, West Windsor Township, NJ 08550.
