Redz Restaurant, located in Mount Laurel, NJ, is excited to partner with neighboring Cherry Hill brewery, Forgotten Boardwalk for a six-night beer pairing dinner, October 30–November 4.
The $45 set menu will feature a three-course meal comprised of local and farm fresh ingredients. Each course will be paired with a 10 oz. craft beer brewed just down the road at Forgotten Boardwalk that will highlight and enhance the flavors of the dish.
In addition, the taps at Redz will feature Forgotten Boardwalk beers all week long as part of an extended tap takeover. For those looking to stick to beer, guests can sip on 6 oz. flights of the four beers offered for $10.

First Course
Steamed Mussels
white wine, garlic and fennel sauce
Paired with What the Butler Saw Wit, 5.0%, wheat and yeast with tantalizing spice and citrus finish

Blackened Rib Eye
topped with crumbled gorgonzola
Paired with 1916 Shore Shiver IPA, 6.9%, resiny hop reminiscent of stone fruits mellowing to a spicy finish

Crispy Fish and Chips
with Forgotten Boardwalk beer batter, served with house-made chips and vinegar
Paired with Morro Castle Smoked Porter, 5.7%, malty backbone with a rising smoke finish
Third Course
Caramel Bread Pudding
served a la mode
Paired with Funnel Cake Boardwalk Ale, 5.5%, creamy and smooth with hints of vanilla
