November 1st is World Vegan Day, and what better way to celebrate than with some of the country’s best vegan chefs? Whole Foods Market and Philly’s cult-favorite vegan restaurant, Vedge, are coming together to create a vegan holiday meal, which will be on Whole Foods Market hot bars on World Vegan Day.
The meal will include:

Vedge is a Philadelphia-based “vegetable restaurant” created by husband and wife chef duo Richard Landau and Kate Jacoby. The menus at Vedge feature locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and absolutely no animal products are used in the Vedge kitchen.
