It wouldn’t be a summer barbecue without some friendly competition and great food. On Saturday, June 24th, the All-American BBQ at Dilworth Park is bringing the heat with a BBQ Sauce cook-off! Seven of Brûlée Catering’s chefs and cooks will be facing off in the ultimate battle to see who can make the most mouthwatering BBQ sauce to smother all over brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Audience members are invited to taste all the sauces and vote on their favorite.
The grand prize for the lucky chef is $250 in gift cards to various Philadelphia restaurants from Center City District. But don’t worry—voters have a shot at cool prizes too! The tasting will take place from 12-4 pm and voters will be entered in a raffle to win a Budweiser Grill Kit! The winner will be announced at 7 pm.
