Jet Wine Bar Launches Brunch

Deviled Egg Sandwich at Jet Wine Bar

Jet Wine Bar, Philadelphia’s “global vineyard,” is excited to announce the launch of a new brunch program from Chef Yasi Sapp – available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm.

Chef Yasi Sapp joined the Jet Wine Bar team earlier this year. Chef Sapp quickly embraced the wine bar’s small plate-focused menu and began creating inspired dishes of her own, including staff favorite, Shrimp and Ricotta Gnocchi, giving Jet Wine Bar Owner and Restaurateur, Jill Weber, the confidence to put Chef Yasi in charge of the new brunch menu debut.

Chef Yasi Sapp’s new brunch menu includes, Moroccan Baked Eggs ($9), served with spinach, roasted red peppers, harissa, and goat cheese with cous cous salad; Polenta Cakes with Brisket Hash ($11), served with smoked brisket, potatoes, onions, peppers and carrots on parmesan polenta cakes; a Deviled Egg Sandwich ($9), served with crispy prosciutto, arugula, egg salad, and house pickles on an English muffin with house made potato chips; a Potato Frittata ($10), served with potatoes, scallions, manchego, and eggs with tomato salsa and peppered arugula salad; and Baked French Toast ($9), boasting Chef’s special French toast with seasonal berries and Applewood smoked bacon.

Jet Wine Bar has also updated their hours: Monday-Friday 4pm-1am, kitchen open until midnight; Saturday and Sunday, 11am-1am, kitchen open until midnight. The restaurant is located at 1525 South Street.
