Grand Opening: Pulled Fork BBQ Brings Texas Flavor to Stockton, NJ
Pulled Fork BBQ Grand Opening

Stockton Market, New Jersey’s premier year-round destination offering the best in local and artisanal fare, announced the grand opening of Pulled Fork BBQ, an authentic central Texas style BBQ purveyor. Pulled Fork BBQ is the latest culinary vendor to enter the market and shows great promise for the future.

Established in 2014 by Mike and Jen Meredith, Pulled Fork BBQ grew out of Mike’s hobby of building UDS’s (ugly drum smokers) coupled with his longing for an authentic Texas style BBQ in his new home state of New Jersey. The duo’s simple dry rubs married with the perfect balance of wood and time garnered Pulled Fork BBQ great success in the catering arena serving families, friends and foodies with the best BBQ they could pull apart. Joining forces with Chris Stanzione, Mike and Jen have expanded the business into a brick and mortar destination, now located in Stockton Market, located at 19 Bridge Street in Stockton, NJ (Hunterdon County).

Pulled Fork BBQ is celebrating their grand opening today from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
