South Street Headhouse District presents South Street Spring Festival this Saturday, May 6, 2017, from 11:00am to 8:00pm. Philadelphia’s largest spring festival takes South (between Front and 8th) and Headhouse Plaza (between South and Lombard), plus connecting side streets.
Philadelphia’s largest – and tastiest – all-ages, all-day, free outdoor block party will have over 35 restaurant, bar and food vendors out on the street along South Street. Brave South Street foodies can enter the Philly Taco Contest — see how many pizza wrapped cheesesteaks you can eat.
Maifest at Brauhaus Schmitz will also feature German fare and beers. New for 2017, Whetstone Tavern will host a new cider vineyard court!
