Today is National Hot Toddy Day. Even though the weather has improved and we’re looking at a high of 50 today and 60 tomorrow, if you’re looking for something to warm you up on chilly nights in the city, check out these hot toddies by two of Philadelphia’s premier mixologists.

This smoky toddy is guaranteed to keep you nice and toasty this season. Red Owl Tavern’s Lead bartender Kyle Darrow’s hot cocktail is named after a song Miles Davis covered and the cinnamon smoked glass mug that the cozy creation is served in.

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon Whiskey

  • Fernet Branca

  • Hot apple cider

  • Garnish: Cinnamon stick

Square 1682’s Lead Bartender Daniel Kulisek’s Sex Panther is the perfect after dinner drink — a lip-tingling combination of sweet and spicy to get the blood flowing on those extra chilly nights.

Ingredients:

  • Bluecoat Barrel Reserve American Gin

  • Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

  • Mighty Leaf Earl Grey Tea, brewed and kept warm

  • Five spice syrup

  • Garnish: Clove-studded orange peel
