Chef Thomas Day III has announced his last day at CiBo Ristorante Italiano is Saturday, November 5th.
He will be starting a management/Chef position at Fuel’s location right next door to CiBo at 1225 Walnut Street. He will be learning the ropes in preparation for Fuel’s expansion in 2017 and helping them opening three more Philadelphia locations as well as other locations across the country. Great news for Fuel! Can’t wait to hear more about that.
Prior to CiBo, Day had was running the kitchen at SouthHouse gastropub in South Philadelphia.
