CiBo Ristorante Italiano Closed for Improvements; Appoints New Executive Chef Thomas Day III

Chef Thomas Day III has left South Philadelphia gastropub SouthHouse and will take over Executive Chef duties for Center City’s CiBo Ristorante Italiano, located at 1227 Walnut Street.


CiBo is closed for renovations which will include a brand new wrap around bar and other improvements. Grand reopening is slated for Friday, January 15th in which Chef Day will unveil an all-new food menu. There will also be revamped drink offerings. More details as we have them.
