From September 16-17 and September 20-24, XIX (Nineteen) will be offering a special Taste of XIX three-course pre-fix tasting menu.
Guests choose from three options per course in appetizer, entrée and dessert with additional amuse-bouche and pre-dessert offerings.
Chef Ned Maddock has developed a creative and delicious menu exclusively for this promotion featuring seasonal flavors and local ingredients with dishes including:
Squash Soup with Spiced Pepitas, Cider Gastrique and Yogurt;
Burrata Salad with Pears & Grilled Escarole Pancetta;
Mushroom Cannoli with House Ricotta & San Marzanos topped with Porcini Bechamel;
Skuna Bay Salmon with Curried Yogurt, Kohlrabi and Coconut Milk;
S’mores Cake with Salted Caramel and Coffee Ice cream.
The dinner is priced at $45 for the three-course tasting menu and an additional $30 for wine pairings.
