Before its opening day on Saturday, December 5th at the Moorestown Mall, Yard House will celebrate “Keg Day” on Tuesday, November 24th.
Keg Day at Yard House is one morning before each Yard House officially opens when the trucks pull up to deliver hundreds of kegs—110 or more. The Yard House Moorestown team will help unload steel barrels, which will be carried into the restaurant’s glass-enclosed keg room.
Each keg is tagged with the brewer’s name, dated, given a designated tap handle at the island bar then placed on the beer head ready for opening day (Saturday, December 5). There are 110 tap handles with several reserved for local and regional brews.
