Another Memorial Day weekend is upon us and since Philly Grub spent last weekend in lovely Wildwood Crest, NJ we’re opting for a stay-cation this weekend. There will be 2 things on our mind: BBQ and booze!
Thanks to my friends at Fine Wine & Good Spirits, they tipped me to this wonderful sounding wine cocktail: Naked Grape Pinot Noir Strawberry Lemonade.
The recipe couldn’t be easier. Plus they put together this handy-dandy video:
We think this wine cocktail would go really well with baby back ribs… which we’ll definitely be having at some point this weekend, among other things.
