Head’s up Willow Grove — you’re getting a Mad Mex to call your own next month! This will be the second Philadelphia area location for the Pittsburgh, PA based chain. The first being on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania — which I admit I have been to before and found it adequate.
While you wait for the Willow Grove location to open, why not drop into the 3401 Walnut Street location for some margaritas or beers. Hell, wait until October 24 for when the Gobblerito (right) makes its return — it’s a whole Thanksgiving feast stuffed in a tortilla!
Turkey, mashed potatoes, bread stuffing, corn and gravy stuffed in a tortilla with cranberry sauce on the side!? UM, YES PLEASE!
