The people (Brendan Hartranft and Leigh Maida) behind Kensington’s Memphis Taproom, West Philadelphia’s Local 44, Center City’s Strangelove’s, and soon to be open Clarkville in West Philly will bring you Coeur at the former Mildred at 8th & Christian Streets in Bella Vista.
