Sushi lovers in Center City are about to have a new all-you-can-eat option.

Qu Japan Bistro & Bar, located at 1635 Market Street in Philadelphia, is launching an all-you-can-eat sushi experience beginning October 1.

The restaurant is promoting its new offering as the “first all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant in Center City”, giving diners the opportunity to dig into an extensive selection of sushi rolls, fresh cuts, and kitchen favourites.

Located just off Market Street in the heart of Center City, Qu Japan is a Japanese restaurant and bar serving sushi along with a broader menu of Japanese dishes. The restaurant also features a full bar and an extensive sake selection.

According to its website, Qu Japan emphasizes fresh, high-quality ingredients and offers everything from a quick weekday lunch to a more leisurely dinner. The restaurant also offers happy hour, catering and accommodations for private events.

The addition of all-you-can-eat sushi should make Qu Japan an especially interesting option for Center City workers looking to go big during lunch — or anyone who believes the appropriate number of sushi rolls is always “one more.”
