Vons Chicken F&B to Open First Philadelphia Location on July 31

South Philadelphia’s dining scene is about to get a flavorful new addition as Vons Chicken F&B officially opens its doors on Thursday, July 31, at 1714 Washington Avenue.

The Korean restaurant is known for its signature Korean fried chicken, which is crispy, double-fried, and served with a variety of sauces ranging from sweet and savory to spicy. The menu also features an extensive selection of Korean comfort foods, making it more than just a fried chicken destination.

Guests can expect menu favorites including boneless and bone-in fried chicken, tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), kimchi fried rice, Korean-style wings, mandu (dumplings), salads, kim bap (Korean sushi), French fries, and more.

The Philadelphia location marks another expansion for the growing brand, which has built a loyal following by combining traditional Korean flavors with a modern, casual dining experience. And yes, it has a liquor license, too. Theyโ€™ll have draft, cans, and bottled beers, ciders, cocktails, and mocktails.

Located along the bustling Washington Avenue corridor, Vons Chicken F&B joins one of South Philadelphia’s most diverse culinary neighborhoods, adding another destination for fans of Korean cuisine and fried chicken enthusiasts alike.

The restaurant will officially welcome its first customers on July 31, giving Philadelphians another spot to enjoy one of Korea’s most beloved comfort foods.
