
Get ready for more BBQ, Fishtown.
Revival BBQ will open inside Saint Lazarus Bar at 102 West Girard Avenue, at the intersection with Front Street, on Friday, November 22nd.
Revival BBQ promises a bold BBQ experience with meats smoked low and slow on our custom Old Hickory smoker.
Saint Lazarus Owners Brendan “Bring ‘Em” Olkus and his wife Janay have partnered with South Jersey’s John Stewart of Kitchen 519 to run the BBQ operation. Don’t worry; Kitchen 519 in Glendora is staying put!
This place will be great for the dinner and late-night ‘munchies’ crowd. Its hours will be 4 pm to 1 am Sunday through Thursday and 4 pm to 2 am Friday and Saturday.
The menu will feature appetizers and sides (“smalls”) such as wings, chicken tenders, smoked Gouda mac and cheese, fried deviled eggs, crab bacon jalapeno poppers, Brussels sprouts, and fries.
“Build your own” BBQ bowls start with a protein (including at least two vegan proteins) and a base (rice, greens, fries, mac, or nachos). Then, you add your toppings and a sauce to finish.
Various BBQ sandwiches are also offered, featuring BBQ meats, chicken, pulled pork, and a burger.
Some sweets (including a smoked cheesecake!!) and sips round out the menu.

Food is available to dine in or take out from a walk-up window, and Revival will soon offer delivery through 3rd party delivery apps (Door Dash, etc.)
