Spring has finally arrived, and what better way to celebrate the season of blooming flowers and warmer weather than with some delightful cocktails from Fine Wine & Good Spirits?
From recipes featuring blueberries, lemon, and hints of rose to others with apple, mint, and pineapple, there’s a variety to suit every taste. Whether you’re lounging in the backyard or hosting a garden party, these refreshing drinks are sure to impress.

Daisy Spring Spritz (April’s Cocktail of the Month)

Ingredients
– Blueberry ice cubes*
– 3 oz Natura Organic Sauvignon Blanc
– 2 tsp Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
– 1 oz Montezuma Triple Sec
– Q Club Soda
-Lemon twist, for garnish
-Blueberries, for garnish
Directions
1. Fill wineglass with blueberry ice.
2. Add next three ingredients to wineglass.
3. Top with club soda.
4. Garnish with skewered lemon twist and blueberries.
*Blueberry ice cubes: Fill ice tray with sauvignon blanc and blueberries; freeze.
Amaretto Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
– 1 c apple juice
– ½ c frozen peach slices
– 1 ½ oz amaretto
Directions
1. Combine first two ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Add amaretto and blend again.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass.
Spring & Stormy

Ingredients
– 6 raspberries, plus more for garnish
– 4 mint leaves, plus mint sprig, for garnish
– 1 ½ oz Goslings Black Seal Black Rum
– ½ oz simple syrup
– ½ oz fresh lemon juice
– 2 oz Goslings Ginger Beer
Directions
1. Muddle first two ingredients in a shaker, then add next three ingredients.
2. Shake and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice.
3. Top with ginger beer; stir gently.
4. Garnish with raspberries and mint sprig.
Limoncello Bellini

Ingredients
– 1 oz limoncello, chilled
– ½ oz fresh lemon juice
– Prosecco, chilled
– Pineapple wedge, for garnish
– Raspberry, for garnish
– Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
1. Combine first two ingredients in a flute glass; stir gently.
2. Top with prosecco.
3. Garnish with skewered pineapple wedge, raspberry and mint sprig.
