Following the ribbon cutting, the first 100 guests will receive a free sandwich (limit 1 per customer) and enjoy live music from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. from local DJ Spinatra.

For Leo, Jim and Pep Osmanollaj, this has been a long time coming. The brothers grew up at Baba’s farm, where he would lovingly prepare his famous hot chicken for meals. The flavors were not just a taste of home but a connection to their heritage. It was these memories that fueled the brothers’ desire to share Baba’s iconic recipe with a wider audience. Baba, their 82-year-old grandfather, who currently resides in Prizren, Kosovo, who will make the trek home to help celebrate the opening.

“We begged for a while with Baba to get the hot chicken recipe to make this a reality,” said the brothers. “Once he agreed, we knew we had to do this in his honor and continue his legacy with the best hot chicken we grew up eating as kids.”
