April Update: Gouldsburger’s on Logan Square is now open!

Gouldsburger’s in Haddonfield announced today the opening of its 2nd location, Gouldsburger’s Express, at 2 Logan Square, a turnkey location at 18th and Arch Streets no later than April 2024. A 3rd Gouldsburgers will open in Medford shortly after.

Gouldsburger’s owners David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury have struck gold in Haddonfield with two concepts: Crumb Sandwich Joint, which opened its first location in 2021, followed by two other locations (Medford and Bordentown) in 2022, and Gouldsburgers in 2023.

Now, they’re bringing a modified version of their flagship Gouldsburger’s across the bridge, catering to the breakfast and lunch crowd. Single and double burgers made with prime beef, half-size cheesesteak combo with fries, and introducing breakfast sandwiches, not previously offered at the Haddonfield location.

Burgers come on housemade buns; cheesesteaks on rolls by South Jersey’s Boaggio’s Bread. Diners will also find a hot dog and a chicken sandwich on the menu. Veg options will be available, including a house made beet burger, and all sides such as fries and onion rings fried in olive oil are gluten-free.

Chef Donald Peacock, formerly of Fearless Restaurant Group, and Gouldsburger’s task force chef, will be the managing partner of the Philadelphia location.
