Guests will flip for FLIPT, the newest dining option in the Marketplace at Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
The burger-and-shake restaurant is unique to Rush Street properties and is making its debut at Rivers today, Friday, Dec. 8, at 1 p.m.
FLIPT’s burgers, fries and shakes are all made from scratch using fresh and high-quality ingredients. Notable burgers you won’t want to miss include the “FLIPT” and “Son of a FLIPT,” which are half-pound signature-blend all-beef patties served on a toasted split-top bun.
Burgers are made to order, and toppings include fresh-cooked bacon, melted cheese, sauteed onions, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and more.
FLIPT is a grab-and-go outlet, and homemade menu items include:
- All-beef and all-turkey burgers
- Crispy chicken sandwiches
- Cheesesteaks
- Hot dogs
- French fries and tots
- Homemade specialty milkshakes
The restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
“A classic hamburger and soda fountain restaurant with a made-to-order menu is a perfect addition to our dining lineup,” said Eric Althaus, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. “We’re committed to high-quality and fresh ingredients for all of our delicious homemade burgers, fries and shakes.”
FLIPT is located next to Rita’s Italian Ice and joins Dunkin’ and Martorano’s Sicilian Slice in the Marketplace. FLIPT at Rivers in Philly is the brand’s fourth store, joining three other Rivers Casino FLIPT locations in Pittsburgh, Schenectady and Des Plaines (Chicago area).
The restaurant is just off the gaming floor and near the newly opened Martorano’s Prime, an Italian-American Steakhouse. Mian, which features authentic Asian cuisine, and Jack’s Bar + Grill are additional dining options.
