Royal Boucherie, the buzzing French-inspired lively neighborhood bistro in Old City, is ringing in November with the launch of an all-new bar menu, featuring innovative small plates like Chicken and Foie Gras Nuggets or the Octo-Dog, now available solely at the bar all day long.

Royal Boucherie’s ambient lighting and antique interior make for an ideal setting for guests to cozy-up in and savor an elevated snack or two, paired with a choice of the bar’s vast array of specialty cocktails, beer, and wine selections. While the new menu serves as an excellent complement to happy hour, guests can revel in the freshly-minted seasonal fare at any time, including weekday lunch, weekend brunch, and nightly dinner service. Highlights from the new bar menu include the following:
Steak Tartare Sliders ($19): served on a brioche bun with pickles
Chicken and Foie Gras Nuggets ($16): accompanied by truffle honey mustard dipping sauce
Octo-Dog ($22): harissa rubbed gilled octopus with mayo and black garlic relish, served on a potato roll with fries
Chickpea Fries ($13): panisse with harissa-mayo dipping sauce
Fresh Popcorn ($5) with truffle-herb butter and sea salt
Deviled Eggs ($9) with bacon lardons and caramelized onions.
“We are thrilled to introduce this new menu in step with the changing season, and we are proud to serve it throughout the day,” says Benjy Satlow, General Manager of Royal Boucherie. “We are always searching for innovative ways to refresh our menu, and we think these dishes offer a lot of variety and bold flavors.”
A handful of the new offerings can be enjoyed in smaller-scale versions during Royal Boucherie’s happy hour which runs from 4 – 6pm, Monday through Friday. Additional snacks and sips during happy hour include house-cured charcuterie, half dozen oysters and a glass of bubbly, seasonal cocktails, and more.
Royal Boucherie also boasts an extensive all-day bistro menu for guests who wish to wine and dine concurrently, as well as seasonal beverage offerings and a weekend brunch menu available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Hours of operation: Monday and Tuesday 4pm – 10pm; Wednesday and Thursday 11am – 10pm; Friday 11am – 11pm; Saturday 10am – 11pm; Sunday 10am – 9pm; Happy Hour is Monday through Friday 4pm – 6pm
