Lower Bucks County is getting a new brewery and taproom as Broad Street Brewing opens its doors on Friday, June 30th at 2621 Durham Rd in Bristol, PA.
Serving Philadelphia and beyond, Broad Street Brewing is focused on making delicious craft brews at an affordable price. Each sip is a burst of Philly flavor with new craft brews named “Independence Lager,” “76 and Sunny” and “Hey Yo! Hazy.”
According to the website, “At Broad Street Brewing Company, our mission is to create exceptional craft beer that reflects the rich history and vibrant culture of Philadelphia. Our passion for brewing is evident in every pint we pour, as we use only the finest ingredients and time-honored brewing techniques to create beers that are both delicious and unique.”
Broad Street Brewing is co-founded and co-owned by Brandon Wellington, Ed Webber, and Tim Lohse. Head Brewer is Andrew Balmer.
The layout of the brewery is unique in that it puts you closer to the action. From their website, “Our taproom is a place where friends can gather to enjoy a cold beer and be a part of the brewing process. Our immersive layout puts you in the brewery, not looking at through walls of glass.”
