Welcome to Philadelphia, where a culinary revolution is taking place. If you’re a burger enthusiast, you’re in for a treat–and one opulent burger comes with a hefty price tag!

At $700, this Philadelphia burger is the most expensive burger in Philly, the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and quite possibly one of the most costly in the whole world! DBG at 1311 Sansom Street in Midtown Village wants to be known as the city’s most exciting burger bar destination and they are banking on this bougie burger.
Formerly known as Drury Beer Garden, DBG is the brainchild of brother and sister owners George Tsiouris and Vasiliki Tsiouris-Balis. They have poured their passion, creativity, and expertise into this venture, bringing you an unparalleled burger experience in Philadelphia.
Introducing the $700 Burger
DBG proudly presents Philadelphia’s most luxurious burger – THE GOLD STANDARD – priced at a staggering $700.
Picture eight ounces of melt-in-your-mouth Japanese A5 ribeye wagyu, complemented by Wexford aged Irish Cheddar cheese, Italian Black Truffle, Italian Caviar, and lobster meat flambeed with Louis XIII Cognac and elegantly sandwiched between a Wildflour Bakery brioche bun adorned with gold leaf. PURE INSANE DECADENCE!
As if that’s not enough, the accompanying fries are drizzled with 1500+MGO Manuka Honey. Oh lordy!
A little too rich for your blood? Thank goodness they have a classic $19 cheeseburger on the menu. Haha.
To balance things out, they also offer Philadelphia’s cheapest burger, the Happy Hour Smash Burger for $2.95. I think I’ll go with that one. 😉

WAIT THERE’S MORE!
The menu evolution also includes a brand-new menu of appetizers and starters, side dishes, salads, handhelds, and entrees, plus a brand-new line-up of cocktails, seltzers, beers, wines, and summertime sips to pair with the new burger masterpieces.
FYI –
In the back, just in time for summer, DBG has all the same award-winning vibes that have gotten Drury Beer Garden national attention. However, they are ready to debut a new 60-foot mural, seating, entrance, and upgrades to the bar.

DBG officially launches this Friday, May 19th, with a burger giveaway. The first 50 guests at happy hour on Friday between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm will enjoy a complimentary Happy Hour Smash Burger on the house.
Look for food, drink, and DJ line-ups for Center City Sips and new nightlife line-ups and schedules coming soon.
New hours are Wednesday-Thursday, 4:00 pm to 1:00 am; Friday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am; Saturday, 12:00 pm to 2:00 am; and Sunday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The kitchen closes nightly at 10:00 pm.
Enjoy! 🙂
