This Saturday, December 17th, Pie Bird Farm will be opening a pie shop called Pie Bird Farm at Coterie Commons in Doylestown, PA (72 N Main St. Doylestown, PA 18901). It’s a shared space with a few other local businesses.
Pie Bird Farm is a 58 acre, 1860’s Bucks County farmstead reimagined as a regenerative, community focused farm operated by the husband and wife team, Jennifer Brodsky and Eric Theesfeld.
Their holiday menu is available now for preorder via their website – and pie lovers can preoder until Monday, December 19th. The menu features:
New Jersey Citrus Pie
Apple Salted Caramel Crumb
Cranberry Curd
Gingerbread Cheesecake with Spiced Crust and ginger snaps
Blueberry, Persimmon and Thyme Lattice
Herby Quiche with Philly Fromage
Chocolate Chess with Peppermint Whipped Cream
Bloomer Baked Brie, made in collaboration with Haven Farmstead Cheese. It’s available for a large party size (.75lbs of cheese), served with a spiced plum or cranberry compote.
