February 2023 Update: The brick and mortar is now open!
Curiosity Doughnuts has secured a lease for a shop in Doylestown, PA, which they hope to open in early 2023. They launched a Kickstarter to raise funds to get the shop off the ground.
Curiosity Doughnuts started in 2015 by cooks Aki Kamozawa and Alex Talbot, who are also behind the food blog, Ideas in Food. They’ve had shops in South Philly, Spring House, and Stockton, NJ, as well as pop-ups throughout the region, but hope to make Doylestown their permanent home.
So far, 129 donations totaling about $14,000 have been received. Support if you can!
