Jet Wine Bar, Philadelphia’s global vineyard, is thrilled to host Jacopo Maniaci, General Manager and Assistant Winemaker of Tenuta di Fessina, a Sicilian winery, for an evening of wine tastings and paired hors d’oeuvres at the unveiling of Jet Wine Bar’s newly renovated indoor space.

On November 8, guests can join Maniaci for two seatings — 6pm and 8pm. Tickets are available for $65 / person, with a $10 discount offered exclusively to Jet Wine Club members. 

Tenuta di Fessina is located in the heart of Mount Etna on the beautiful island of Sicily. Mount Etna is one of the world’s most active volcanoes, providing fertile soil that supports extensive agriculture, including vineyards and orchards. Tenuta di Fessina can be found in the lower slopes of the mountain and is one of the most successful and recognizable cellars in the Etna region, producing exclusively organic and sustainable wines.

At the tasting, Jacopo Maniaci, General Manager and Assistant Winemaker from Tenuta di Fessina, will be behind the bar, offering glasses of the four premium wines available for tasting and chatting with folks about the winemaking process and what makes Tenuta di Fessina so unique. Jet Wine Bar will also be offering a variety of paired hors d’oeuvres designed to enhance the tasting experience.  

Among the wines available during the tasting are Erse White, A’puddara White, Erse Rosso, and l Musmeci Nerello Mascalese (2015) Reserve.

Additionally, Jet Wine Bar will be offering bottles to-go at a discounted price after the event.
