Known for his bold and inventive culinary takes, Executive Chef Sonny Ingui is delivering his twist on the concept of surf ’n’ turf with a 6 oz 7 Hills Ranch Beef Tenderloin (grass fed, Virginia), a succulent Lobster Tail, and a glass of Italian Prosecco. The pre-fixe dinner is set at $95 per guest which is pretty pricy but maybe you want to treat yo’self or someone else!
