Product Corner: Casa Verde Plant-Based Meals

A plant-based food product that I was recently introduced to is Casa Verde, a line of Latin-influenced plant-based packaged meals. I was able to sample them a couple of months ago and I was impressed with the flavors and versatility of each one.

Founder Harry Lewis’ mission for Casa Verde is to offer delicious, wholesome, and convenient ready-to-eat plant-based meals with an unmistakably authentic Latino flavor profile. The company even partnered with Philadelphia-based chef Jose Garces to develop recipes using the products.

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, they are running a major promotion – for 3 days only (May 3-May 5) they get 50% off your entire order with code CINCO50M to celebrate!

I recommend that you try this new product and see for yourself how delicious and easy plant-based Latino-inspired meals can be!
