HipCityVeg, known for its plant-based takes on American favorites, introduces two new Buffalo menu items this week, the Crispy Buffalo Bleu Sandwich, and Crispy Buffalo Chick’n Salad.
The new Crispy Buffalo Bleu Sandwich has Crispy Chick’n tossed in buffalo sauce, with bleu cheese, iceberg lettuce, celery slaw, and tomato, on a potato bun.
The Crispy Buffalo Chick’n Salad features Romaine lettuce, Crispy Chick’n, celery slaw, buffalo sauce, grape tomatoes, scallions, bleu cheese dressing, and bleu cheese crumbles.
For a limited time, these will join the Philadelphia-based chain’s already popular Buffalo Golden Nuggets, and Buffalo Bella Sandwich, and the Buffalo’d version of the OG Crispy HipCityRanch. Catering trays for gatherings are available at select HipCityVeg locations.
