On Thursday, December 2 at 7 PM, Jeni’s Slendid Ice Cream will open the doors of its first Philadelphia brick and mortar location at 1322 Frankford Ave. Unit #101 in Fishtown. The shop will be scooping free ice cream until close (11 PM) and the first 50 guests in line will receive a free swag bag.
The 1767 square foot location will offer plenty of room for guests to sit and enjoy their tasty treats. The scoop shop will be open daily from 12 to 10 PM.
“We’re elated to finally be joining the Philadelphia community,” says founder Jeni Britton. “We feel so lucky to be a part of Philly’s food story at this moment.”
Jeni’s second Philadelphia location in Rittenhouse Square at 1901 Chestnut Street will be opening on Thursday, December 16.
The 849 square foot shop at Rittenhouse Square will also host a grand opening for free ice cream from 7 PM until close (11 PM). And, just like Fishtown, the first 50 guests in line will receive a free swag bag.
