This Saturday, June 19th, in honor of Juneteenth, HipCityVeg will donate 10% of all sales to Equal Justice Initiative, an organization that fights every day for racial and economic justice. EJI’s founder is Philadelphia native, Bryan Stevenson, who is also well known for his book Just Mercy, and the subsequent movie based on the book.
