The Little Sicilian is a Collingswood-based company that usually operates as a food truck but is parked for the winter. Earlier in the year, at the start of the pandemic, they started a riceball mail-order business. I am a big fan of arancini and think they make a great addition to any meal either as an appetizer or main course. It’s especially delicious with some marinara – which they also sell.
They offer many different varieties in addition to the classic riceball.
