Hudson Table, an interactive culinary space at The Piazza in the Northern Liberties, opened just before the COVID-19 pandemic shut everything down. That means they haven’t been able to do any hands-on cooking classes, chef’s tables, live chef competitions, or other interactive culinary-focused events since March.
They announced on their new Instagram account today that they’ll re-open it as a weekend-only (for now) Seafood Shack. In other words, they’ll be offering up a variety of seafood favorites and other dishes for pickup Saturday and Sundays between 12:00 and 9:00 PM.
Pots of mussels, clams, and oysters will be available along with fish tacos, a shrimp roll sandwich, a crab roll sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich, a burger, salad, homemade biscuits, and some sweet treats.

There are a few tables set up for outdoor dining. Online ordering is open for advanced orders. Check it out and let me know what you think!
