Vesper Center City Pivots, Starts Up We Cooked for Chef-Prepared Meals

By now, most restaurants in the city have switched to offering delivery or curbside pickup during this abnormal time. Glu Hospitality rose to the occasion by creating a whole new food and beer service that they are operating through Vesper Center City’s kitchen.

We Cooked bills itself as chef-driven culinary service providing affordable, gourmet meals for people to enjoy at home. All items from appetizers to entrees to sides can be ordered on their website ala carte. In addition, they’re offering bottles of beer and wine to go.

All meals are being prepared by Executive Chef Hee “Chino” Chang who has over 20 years of experience overseeing multiple restaurants throughout his career.

As of now, all orders must be picked up curbside at Vesper Center City’s location at 223 S Sydenham Street. Delivery looks to be in the works.

Finally, they’re taking donations to help feed healthcare workers who are working incredibly hard during the coronavirus crisis. A $10 donation will send two meals to #FeedTheFrontline hospital workers.
