On Wednesday, October 18th, Marc Vetri is taking over the kitchen at Alla Spina or a fall-inspired meal celebrating the best in seasonal ingredients (no pumpkin spice here!).
Tickets to the 4-course meal are now available for $75pp plus tax and service and guests can also opt for a $25 optional beverage pairing of seasonal beers and cocktails.

casoncelli stuffed with pork, veal, beef, raisins, amaretti cookies, and finished with brown butter and sage
Third Course
roasted veal breast with root vegetable puree
