On Sunday, October 15, Old City’s landmark Fork restaurant will celebrate its 20th year in Philadelphia, an enviable milestone in one of the brightest culinary towns in America.
To commemorate the occasion, Executive Chef John Patterson will feature a special Anniversary Menu featuring 20 Tastes of Fork. “Instead of trying to recreate the memory of Fork’s former talented chefs and proud alumni, we want this menu to represent the future and Fork’s ongoing commitment to collaboration, seasonality and sustainability,” says Patterson.
20 Tastes of Fork is a limited menu, with only 20 served per night, and will be available for $100 per person starting on Monday, October 16 and ending on Friday, November 17. Reservations are suggested.
In addition, owners Ellen Yin and Roberto Sella will pay tribute to the restaurant’s 20th anniversary all monthlong beginning with an intimate Open House from 12 noon until 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 15 to commemorate the date when Fork first opened its doors in 1997. The festive party will be open to Fork’s most loyal patrons and long-time supporters, featuring food and drink samplings honoring the boundary-pushing restaurant’s 20 years serving the Old City neighborhood.
