Stratus Rooftop Lounge (433 Chestnut Street) knows that just any drink won’t cut it for social media, so they created two delicious yet very Snap and Insta-worthy cocktails and shared them with me so I can share with you!
Unicorn Tears is a glittering, bright fuchsia number featuring hibiscus infused Ketel One vodka, St. Germain, prosecco, lemon, and edible luster dust. Think of it as a shimmering twist on a French 75.
The Stratus Signature Cocktail is an iridescent, jet black sipper featuring The Kraken rum, black demerara, ginger, and edible luster dust. Think of it as a daiquiri with a dark (and spicy) side.
