The Happy Hour Food Cart is now open for business and will be taking Happy Hour to the Philly streets. Before you get too excited, they won’t be serving booze, because they can’t. However, they can serve booze-infused foods and will be pairing it with creative mocktails.
The truck is run by three bartenders (Sean, Michael, and Kevin) and one chef (Rene).
From what I can tell on Instagram, the cart’s grub is standard American fare with some vegetarian and vegan options as well as fresh baked breads and desserts.
Looking forward to following these guys and checking them out sometime. Just not sure where that is yet. Stay tuned.
