Bluebird Distilling announce the limited release of their newest spirit, Wheat Whiskey. 

Taken from grain-to-glass right outside of Philadelphia in Phoenixville, this 100% wheat mash is fermented and distilled on-site and is then aged in Char 3 new American oak barrels for 15 months.

Tomorrow, Sunday October 30th, you can help kick off the bottle release at the Distillery (100 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460) between 1pm-6pm.

There will be bites from Uncle B’s BBQ Shack and live music from Tom and Jimmy Show between 2pm to 6pm.
