Enjoy a sensory overload of specialty craft beer and cheese pairings during Di Bruno Bros. newest event series, The Culture Club, hosted at the DB Bottle Shop at the Franklin.
The specialty beer and cheese classes will give attendees the opportunity to grow their culinary minds, and their palettes, by taking a peek behind the curtain of the cheesemongering world with third-generation owner and cheese legend, Emilio Mignucci, along with Jeff DiMaio, Di Bruno Bros. resident culinary triple threat (sommelier, cicerone and Certified Cheese Professional).
Come chat all things beer, cheese and charcuterie while enjoying 5 perfectly curated pairings that will transform how you think about the flavors of some of your favorite foods.
Classes will be held every Tuesday starting August 9 through September 13 and will feature a reoccurring menu of tasty bites served up in the Bottle Shop’s casual dining space.
Classes are limited to 10 people per event.
