The menu at Dilworth Park Café & Air Grille features American cuisine made with seasonal, local ingredients. Chef’s creations include burgers made with a private blend of all natural brisket, short rib and other steaks, and topped with PA bacon and brie.
The menus also include salads made with locally-grown lettuce and New Jersey heirloom tomatoes, hummus blended with PA-made tahini, sandwiches and many other grab-and-go delicacies. The menu concepts are created by Chazz Alberti, Culinary Director of Brûlée Catering as well as JC Nunez, Executive Chef of Brûlée’s off-premise catering division.
Every Wednesday, the cafe at Dilworth Park will participate in the summertime tradition of CCD Sips, offering $3 beers, $4 wines, and $5 cocktails featuring Two Gingers Whiskey to sip on the large outdoor terrace adjacent to the café. Plus, a DJ each week to get you in the mood to groove. The DJ for the Grand Opening is DJ Suga Shay.
This Wednesday’s event will launch a Sip & Snap Instagram contest for sippers to share their summer love of CCD Sips at Dilworth Park Café.
Prizes include coupons for complimentary menu items from the all-new Air Grille, a ticket for a drink at Dilworth Park Café during CCD Sips, and gift cards to other restaurants.
The top winners will also have a chance to win our grand prizes, two tickets to Mix 106.1’s Summer Jam on July 19, featuring Gwen Stefani and Eve, and two tickets to Jimmy Buffett’s Atlantic City concert on August 13.
